Every list that we provide to you has been upgraded using the following procedures:

• CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) Certified  This is a process that adds the additional 4 digits to a 5 digit bar code, and will correct and standardize address for the USPS (United States Postal Service Guidelines).

• NCOA (National Change Of Address).  We match our lists to a list of all person who move and make a change of their mailing address.  This list is provide by the USPS.  If a name and address matches in both lists, it is upgraded with the new or current address.  Nearly 3/4 of the US population moves an average of once every 5 years.  With this rate of families moving, it's important to use this service.

• Eliminating duplicates.  Most data we receive contain many duplicates.  For instance a husband and wife will have 2 separate records.  We have a procedure to find and eliminate these duplicate households and eliminate them so you only receive 1 record for 1 household.

• We can perform the same services on your mailing list.  Mailing lists have an effective life, that's why we update ours every year.  Anyone who owns and uses mailing lists needs to be continually updating to keep them "fresh".  Feel uneasy about trusting someone else with your lists?  There are safeguards in place to eliminate theft or unauthorized use of other persons mailing lists. 

We can recommend printers and letter shops that will give you the best possible price on printing and mailing of your project.  For instance cost for a first class "stamped"  postcard will cost you 33 cents each.  Using a permit you can get the rate of approx.  24 cents each.  With a savings of 9 cents, that computes to $450 for a mailing of 5000 pieces.  If you use standard rates (sometimes slower delivery) for your mailing, savings can be as much as 15 cents per piece.  Both Standard and First Class have benefits and detriments Each mailing is unique and needs to be priced separately.  Call us and tell us about yours.     FAQ
